A Role-Playing Board Game to Provoke Ideas and Action for Social Change

 

An exciting board game about a real-life drama around an arms-dealing scenario, for you to ​download (freely) or order. You will become a character in a lively drama, develop strategies and counter-strategies, pursue alliances, convince the sceptics to your side, undermine or even convert your opponents. Have fun... its your turn to change the world!

This can be played by anyone, from social change activists, students, to friends and family. You will learn to think and argue in a dynamic situation, discovering and working with surprising forms of power. The game board is based on the Gender Links Power Map, as described in Barefoot Guide 4.

Game duration: 60 to 75 min - Number of players: 8 to 16 - For ages 13 and older

Developed out of the Barefoot Guide 4 Writeshop and the UN Associations of Finland and Tanzania. Soon to be published in Finnish.
